DoubleClick yesterday announced Dart Enterprise 6.0, a new version of its licensed software for online ad management. The upgrades bring greater scalability and flexibility to clients for managing and reporting on online ad campaigns and newer environments, such as iTV, according to the announcement.
New features and enhancements include frequency capping at ad, flight, and site/affiliate levels; same-page ad restriction enhancements (inclusion allows advertisers to own a whole page, and exclusion maximizes reach and prevents competitor ads from appearing on the same page); a web services API for trafficking, allowing integration between DART and applications such as Solbright and SAP; integration with DART Motif for streamlining rich media advertising campaigns; inventory enhancements, including optimized forecasting tools; searchable creatives, flight level status, and extraction of overlapping flights data in inventory manager; a customized pivot table and additional controls to reduce reporting discrepancies.
