Shares of Univision increased from $3.66 to $34.20 after its announcement of the planned sale.
Interested buyers include News Corporation, Time Warner, Walt Disney, CBS, various private equity firms and Grupo Televisa of Mexico. Univision hired UBS to advise the transition and does not guarantee that it will end up selling.
