UPS has updated “My UPS” on UPS.com to better serve small businesses, enhancing the number of services that can be accessed from a single page. Also, beginning in July, consumers can pay for international shipments with a credit card. Consumers will also decide who would pay shipping charges and who would pay duties and taxes when processing an international shipment.
UPS is also expanding the reach of Quantum View Manage - which provides inbound and outbound shipment information for both domestic and cross-border shipments - from 23 countries and 16 languages to 31 countries and 20 languages.
