MindShare Wins Napster Media Planning, Buying Account

MindShare has landed Napster’s U.K. media buying and planning business, beating out sister agency and incumbent Mediaedge:cia.

Napster plans to increase the amount of its online spend and briefed agencies to form a strategy to drive new users to its website, writes Brand Republic. MindShare’s digital media specialist, MindShare Interaction, led the pitch.

MindShare will plan a communication strategy across all media channels, focusing on online, according to the article.

Earlier this month, MindShare surpassed OMD as the top media shop in the U.S., with $11.3 billion in U.S. media billings.
