Hoy, Tribune Co.’s Spanish-language daily newspaper, has replaced its New York Saturday edition with Hoy Fin de Semana. The paper will have a distribution of 60,000 copies.
Hoy Fin de Semana’s distribution in Los Angeles has been increased from 200,000 to 300,000, which according to Tribune Co. makes it the largest Hispanic weekend publication in the market, writes Editor & Publisher.
Hoy’s weekend paper is also distributed in Chicago, where it has an audited distribution of more than 217,000.
