CBS and NBC have already yanked dramas which debuted this season, which means they will likely debut their backups during November sweeps.
In place of the recently cancelled Smith, CBS will debut medical drama 3 Lbs. in its Tuesday 10 p.m. slot, writes Mediaweek. The drama comes from Boston Legal writer Peter Ocko and centers on two brain surgeons. It stars Stanley Tucci (The Devil Wears Prada) and Mark Feuerstein (Good Morning Miami).
NBC has confirmed that Medium will replace Kidnapped in the Wednesday 10 p.m. time slot with Medium beginning Nov. 15.
