FCC to Investigate KDND’s Fatal Water-Drinking Contest

The FCC’s enforcement division will investigate the Hold Your Wee for a Wii contest held on the air at KDND Sacramento that resulted in the death of a 28-year-old woman.

FCC Chairman Kevin Martin requested the investigation after he received a letter from an attorney representing the woman, writes RadioInk. The attorney asked that KDND’s license be revoked.
