NASCAR star Michael Waltrip will host a half-hour weekly show titled Michael Waltrip Out Loud, exclusively on XM, the satellite service has announced.Debuting on March 20, the show will air every Tuesday night at 7:00 ET on XM’s sports talk radio channel (XM 144). The show will feature insight into the world of racing, as well as entertainment and music guests. Fans can tune in to hear Michael with breaking updates from the road, or back at his newly opened Waltrip Raceworld shop in Cornelius, NC.
Waltrip is a two-time winner of the Daytona 500 and has 11 career Busch Series victories. In addition to being home to “Michael Waltrip Out Loud” show, XM will partner to become primary sponsor of Michael Waltrip Racing’s No. 99 Busch Series car driven by David Reutimann for the Chicagoland race July 14.
