GM is running a year-long radio campaign touting its new Chevy Silverado by integrating 15-second traffic sponsorships along with floating digital ads on the websites of radio stations located in certain markets.
The 15-second sponsorships will air on Clear Channel radio stations in key truck buying markets: Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, New Orleans, Memphis, St. Louis, Kansas City and Oklahoma City. The ads will direct listeners to the station websites of the respective radio stations in these markets, Clear Channel announced today.
Once there, consumers will see floating images of Chevy Silverado trucks driving across home pages and parking in the leaderboard sections, which will provide more information on the benefits of the vehicle along with links to www.chevy.com/shop on station sites.
