Hand Stamp Advertising Hits the U.S.

Hand stamp advertising - stamping the hands of club-goers with an ad logo or promotion as they enter a night spot - has been around for some time in India, Australia and the U.K. Now, it is also available in the U.S.
Clubs and bars are the most common venue for hand stamps, writes Media Life. They can also be used at fairs, festivals and other events for branding and promotions. The single-color imprints are generally 2 inches high by two inches wide, and can include a logo and a website or promotion. They can also be tied in with other media such as cocktail napkins, branded bar glasses and restroom ads.
Two companies currently offering the product are GoGorilla and Zoom Media. Both offer the program in the top DMAs.
