MarketingCharts.com, a new website and daily newsletter, brings together a free resource of up-to-the-minute marketing research, concentrating on making charts, tables and raw data available to marketers.
Watershed Publishing LLC, the creator of MarketingVOX and MediaBuyerPlanner, will publish the site, with Vahe Habeshian - former editor of MarketingVOX - serving as founding editor. Content will focus on daily updates of key marketing data (both traditional and interactive media statistics) and daily stories digesting the latest studies and other data-intensive developments. Users will be able to download Excel files of data for their own use.
The MarketingCharts site has relationships in place with research companies such as Nielsen/NetRatings, AdRelevance, Nielsen Research and others to distribute otherwise proprietary data sets on its site and newsletter.
A daily MarketingCharts.com “Chart of the Day” will also appear on Watershed Publishing properties MediaBuyerPlanner.com and MarketingVOX.com.
