The first resort, likely in San Diego, will have a water park and interactive experiences involving Nick characters like Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants. The 650-room resort is expected to open in 2010.
Nineteen more sites are expected to extend beyond the U.S., and could include the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East.
