East West, the lifestyle magazine focusing on the experiences of Asian and Middle Eastern Americans, has relaunched its website in a move to deliver daily content.
“Over the last two years, the market has seen an increase in launches in the Asian American sector, but most of the print magazines still remain relatively small and are lacking the key to survival and growth in today’s publishing model: a dynamic web component,” says founding editor and publisher Anita Malik, who calls East West “one of the longest-running publications within the niche and with the greatest reach.
The new design offers visitors fresh content and top reads. Plans are also in place to utilize more video on the site, featuring behind-the-scenes footage from events, photo shoots and celebrity interviews.
