Martha Stewart and the National Football League are two names that do not trip easily off the tongue together; nonetheless, the two are working together for an exclusive series of interviews on Sirius Satellite Radio.
Martha Stewart Living Radio will broadcast interviews revolving around Taste of the NFL, the one-of-a-kind charitable food and wine-tasting event that benefits local and national hunger organizations, according to Sirius.
At the Taste of the NFL event, held annually the night before the Super Bowl, a top chef from each NFL team city is paired with NFL players past and present to prepare and serve a special dish. Taste of NFL has raised more than $6.8 million for hunger-related charities since its start in 1992.Every Monday and Friday from now until Super Bowl XLII, February 3, 2008, a different chef will be a guest on Sirius’s Martha Stewart Living Radio, where they will discuss their signature Taste of the NFL dish, take calls from listeners, and share colorful anecdotes about their favorite players and hometown teams.
Martha Stewart Living Radio will also broadcast live from the seventeenth annual Taste of the NFL event on February 2, 2008.
