A growing chocolate retailer is relaunching its catalog, mailing for the first time in more than four years.
In September, Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate mailed 65,000 catalogs, mostly to existing customers in the St. Louis area where the retailer is based, writes Multichannel Merchant. Thirty percent of the catalog went to new customers nationwide.
The company spent the last several years refining its product selection and growing its retail base and wholesale accounts. Now, the website gets upwards of 500 requests for a catalog each day.
The 8-page book is not printed as a holiday catalog, so it can be used throughout the year as requests come in.
