The New York Times will deliver headlines to business and technology members of LinkedIn via a deal between the two that was announced yesterday (Monday).
LinkedIn users will receive targeted articles related to their areas of interest, according to CNET. Headlines will be included in a right-hand box. Stories will be selected based on the industry, location, role, company and gender of the user’s LinkedIn profile, writes The Guardian.
Users, who must activate their LinkedIn account within NYTimes.com to launch the service, can then share and discuss news with other LinkedIn members via a button next to the headlines.
