Holiday Marketing Budgets Remain Flat; Print Still Gets Lion’s Share

A majority - 63% - of chief marketing officers say this year's holiday budget was flat compared to last year; in 2009, 55% of CMOs said their budget was flat, according to BDO's Retail Compass Survey. Print remains the biggest portion of the holiday marketing budget.
