- TBS has extended its late-night talker “Conan” through April 2014. This after three consecutive months of audience growth. In January the show was up 27% in total viewers over October 2011, while adults 18-34 were up 18% and adults 18-49 up 21%. Already in February, “Conan” is showing an additional 12% growth among adults 18-34, 11% among adults 18-49 and 8% among total viewers. Thus far in 2012, "Conan" has averaged 1.1 million viewers, with 407,000 adults 18-34 and 702,000 adults 18-49.
- Some blue notes for Fox. TVByTheNumbers in its Renew/Cancel Index signals doom for “Alcatraz,” which on Monday lost a tenth of a point over the prior week for a 1.8 among adults 18-49. This despite having the creative team behind “Lost” and powerhouse actor Sam Neill of the “Jurassic Park” films.
- Sunday's “The Walking Dead” (AMC) took a nosedive over the prior week’s midseason premier, falling 14% for a 3.6 rating among . Still, it was the top rated show on Sunday night, on both broadcast and cable.
- Former "Heroes" star Milo Ventimiglia will helm Frank Darabont’s TNT drama pilot "L.A. Noir," reports Deadline Hollywood. This crime drama will be set in 1940s Los Angeles, depicting the struggle between the LAPD and crime boss Mickey Cohen.

Remember Travolta’s neighborhood in “Saturday Night Fever?” That was Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and Oxygen is launching its docu-series about the neighborhood, “Brooklyn 11223,” on Monday, March 26 at 11 p.m. ET. The series provides a “voyeuristic look” into the lives of childhood friends Joey Lynn and Christie and their respective group of friends as they spend their summer learning about themselves, the bonds of friendship and the price of betrayal. The show appears more inspired by “The Hills” which followed rich kids around LA, than by “Jersey Shore.”
