The New York Observer is set to launch a new fashion title. The semi-annual magazine will premiere Nov. 16, focusing on the local fashion scene, writes WWD.

The first edition will contain 80 pages, with 15 advertising pages, and a rate base of 58,000. It will be inserted into all subscriber and newsstand copies of The Observer twice a year, and will also be carried by boutique hotels in Manhattan.

The Wall Street Journal is another broadsheet getting into the magazine game. It will launch its glossy luxury pub, titled WSJ., on Saturday. The New York Times also puts out a style magazine, “T,” and New York magazine publishes a semiannual fashion magazine called New York Look.
