Google Partners with Panasonic for YouTube TV

Published on January 08, 2008 | Email this article

Google is developing TVs that allow users to watch videos from YouTube and access Picasa Web Albums, an online photo-sharing service.

Google is working with Panasonic to develop the TVs, which will be available this spring, writes Reuters.

The TV won’t be branded by Google, as Google is simply partnering with Matsushita’s Panasonic to allow the TVs to stream YouTube video content and access Picasa photos, according to PC World.
