NBC U has sold rerun rights to The Office to TBS for cable, as well as to 10 Fox O&O stations, in an unusual, shared-window deal, writes Variety.

The deal has been valued at more than $130 million. TBS has also bought the rerun rights to My Name Is Earl from Twentieth TV.

The Office repeats will come from the show’s first three seasons.
