Radio Station Cleared of Responsibility in Woman’s Death

There will be no criminal charges filed in connection with the death of Jennifer Strange, the young woman who died after drinking nearly two gallons of water during a “Hold Your Wee for a Wii” radio contest.

The contest was sponsored by KDND in Sacramento, Calif. Sacramento Country District Attorney Jan Scully said that Strange willingly participated and showed no visible symptoms of being ill, writes Radio Ink.
