Jeep, Marvel Partner for Comic Book Campaign

Published on February 08, 2007 | Email this article

Jeep and Marvel Comics have partnered for a campaign which asks customers to write their own comic strips starring a Jeep Patriot.

Consumers can visit PatriotAdventure.com to suggest their own storyline as the online cartoon drama develops, writes Brandweek. Those whose storylines are used will get credit as co-authors in a 28-page book which will be published this spring.

The Patriot is aimed at young professionals - aged twenties to early forties - with a household income of $65,000 and up. Marvel’s core demographic is men in their twenties.

The first five pages of the comic go online today (Thursday); readers can give input on pages six and seven.
