Points.com Launches Times Square Campaign

Points.com, a reward-program management portal, began an outdoor campaign in Times Square, featuring a video series called Points Dexter and the Dog on electronic billboards.

The videos, which run 15 seconds each, promise to turn “all your little points into big rewards,” writes Brandweek.

Points.com director of marketing Yoli Chisholm says that the videos were a perfect fit for the Times Square venue, particularly at this time of year, because that’s where a lot of their customers are. “It is the hub of business travel,” he is quoted as saying. With the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and general tourism, the campaign is guaranteed to generate millions of impressions.

The campaign also includes TV ads, which can be viewed on the Points.com website.
