Music magazine publisher Miller Publishing, after being offered an unsolicited $100 million for magazines Spin and Vibe, has reportedly opened up the sale to other bidders, according to Radar magazine. The deal is being brokered by the Jordan, Edmiston Group.

Leading suitor Quincy Jones, legendary record producer who founded Vibe in 1994, teamed up with BayStar Capital Management to bid on the mags, but competitive interest prompted Miller’s CEO, Bob Miller, to open up the sale.
