The Daily Pennsylvanian, the student paper at the University of Pennsylvania, has a staff of 200 reporters and photographers and a budget of $1 million, the UCLA Daily Bruin's offices boast 100 top-notch Apple workstations, and the Indiana Daily Student has an annual payroll of $380,000, to name a few.
