The National Football League has confirmed that the New Orleans Saints, homeless since Hurricane Katrina, will return to the Superdome, according to Adweek. The move is a boon to New Orleans, hoping to rebuild tourism in the wake of the disaster, but a blow to San Antonio, where the Saints had played in the Alamodome. Alamodome crowds had averaged about 20,000 more per game than games played in the Superdome.

Independent ad agency Peter A. Mayer Advertising represents the team. The agency recently returned to its offices near the French Quarter of New Orleans. An announcement on the agency’s website states: “We are operating at full strength and are proud to be back.”
