Despite New Radio Outlets, Listeners Stay True to AM/FM

An Arbitron/Edison Media Research study revealed that 77 percent of respondents expect to continue their AM/FM radio listening habits despite increasing advancements in technology, writes Radio Ink.

Satellite radio subscribers were slightly less dedicated to traditional broadcasting, with 64 percent expecting to continue listening to AM/FM radio for the same amount of time. Also, AM/FM radio doesn’t seem to be losing time spent listening to newer digital radio platforms.
