Audit Bureau Revamps Reporting Standards for Digital Editions

Newspapers are now allowed to include "branded" special editions, or publications of an ABC member newspaper targeted at a specific audience or geography but containing a different name, in their total average circulation, per new changes from the Audit Bureau of Circulations. They are also now allowed to include subscribers of digital subscriptions and hybrid publishing plans as paid circulation.
