EYE Expands Mobile Marketing at Malls, Sans ‘Big Brother’ Effect

Out-of-home mall advertising specialist EYE and Ace Marketing & Promotions are expanding their place-based mobile marketing mall network. The network allows advertisers to deliver targeted content to shoppers while within certain locations within a mall, without the "Big Brother" effect of GPS-based advertising, the companies say.
